Everyone has a reason to get in better health....

- Do you want to tone and build muscle?
- Do you want more energy?
- Do you need a stress relief?
My why is all of the above!! I want to maintain my weight and get my muscles toned and defined. I find myself in an afternoon slump and need to boost my energy levels. And with three kids I definitely need a stress relief. I am constantly pulled in different directions, doing laundry, cleaning up messes, or being a taxi cab for dance and ball practice. So the time I take for myself to workout clears my mind and helps me be better at doing what I am needed to do! Today I started a new plan to get out of my normal routine and I can't wait to share my results! Just to give you a sneak peak at what I am doing...
I will be posting my favorite recipes, workouts, advice, and before and after pictures and measurements. I look forward to hearing what is your WHY??
